Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, business development, and operations to maintain an audit-ready security posture.

Architect and build low-latency trading and clearing infrastructure in Rust for an institutional FX hedging venue. Own the technical roadmap, design risk management, margin, netting, and settlement engines, and uphold protocol security, reliability, and performance standards. The role requires deep Rust expertise, financial or trading infrastructure experience, AI-native development workflows, entrepreneurial ownership, and willingness to work on-site in New York City within an intense startup environment.

Lead design and build of high-performance trading infrastructure: optimize transaction landing, prevent MEV, implement proprietary routing and cross-chain solvers, deploy advanced trading features, and provide technical leadership to a small engineering team.
