Lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled revenue workflows: analyze funnel and pipeline data, identify automation and AI opportunities, build/configure automations and copilots, partner with Sales/Marketing/Technology to deploy scalable, measured revenue operations improvements.

Manage end-to-end renewal operations: validate contracts, maintain CRM accuracy, execute customer outreach, prepare quotes/amendments, track pipeline and milestones, and partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to improve renewal efficiency and retention.

Oversee engineering execution and organizational effectiveness for software development teams, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with product strategy while integrating AI-assisted practices.
