Teams at Modern Treasury

Manage a high-volume pipeline to close new logos and expand existing accounts for an API-first payments product. Prospect, conduct technical sales with Sales Engineers, negotiate deals, and drive cross-sells while developing deep product and payments expertise.

The Technical Account Manager will handle the customer journey from onboarding to growth, focusing on integrating and optimizing payment systems, while utilizing AI for process improvement.

Own and ship Payments products that enable money movement: customer onboarding and compliance (KYC/KYB/sanctions), payment rails (ACH, wire, RTP, cross-border, stablecoins), and liquidity/ledger capabilities. Collaborate with engineering, compliance, partnerships, and customer teams, and apply AI tools to improve workflows and scale payment infrastructure.
