Own client discovery, product requirements, roadmap prioritization, and product strategy for financial infrastructure serving banks and credit unions. Partner closely with engineering and business development across pre- and post-sales, conduct competitive analysis and opportunity sizing, and become an expert on product capabilities and operations. The role emphasizes analytical ability, technical curiosity, structured communication, empathy, judgment, and adaptability. Prior product experience is not required.

Lead and mentor an engineering team, manage delivery of engineering initiatives, establish best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve systems.

The Regional Director will manage client relationships, drive product adoption, oversee marketing activations, and provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and usage of ModernFi's platform.
