Design, develop, and maintain Drupal websites and web applications. Build custom Drupal modules and themes, optimize Drupal databases, integrate third-party APIs, and collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver projects on time.

Receive, triage, and prioritize technical support requests; provide initial troubleshooting and clear guidance for non-technical users; document solutions for the knowledge base; review support quality; and assist in training new support staff.
