Provide direct nursing care focused on holistic wellness for senior living residents. Supervise and train care staff on medication administration, conduct resident assessments, maintain clinical quality and regulatory compliance, and promote high service standards. Full- and part-time shifts include evenings/nights and every other weekend.

Support the Executive Director and oversee daily community operations including finance, HR, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, safety, staff development, and sales/marketing to meet occupancy and revenue targets. Foster resident- and family-focused culture and provide occasional weekend Manager-on-Duty coverage.

Execute marketing plans to meet sales and occupancy goals. Generate and manage leads and wait lists, oversee move-ins/move-outs, use lead-tracking and marketing systems, build relationships with residents and families, track competitors and pricing, ensure regulatory compliance, and support internal referral programs.
