Part-time Licensed Practical Nurse providing direct resident care under the RN Health and Wellness Director. Supervises CNAs, assists medication administration, conducts assessments, maintains compliance with federal/state standards, promotes resident wellness, and performs physical tasks including lifting and supporting residents.

Provide direct nursing care and holistic wellness to senior living residents, supervise and train care staff on medication administration, conduct resident assessments, maintain clinical quality and regulatory compliance, and support residents with dementia.

Develop and execute the community marketing plan to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Drive direct and phone sales, manage move-ins/move-outs, maintain waitlist, generate leads, use lead-tracking and marketing systems, train and motivate staff, maintain competitor and product knowledge, ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory training, and maintain resident confidentiality.
