Own top-of-funnel outbound pipeline for B2B AR customers: research accounts, identify buyers, run multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn), craft personalized outreach using AI, book high-quality meetings, and build the outbound playbook alongside founders and AEs.

Lead end-to-end customer outcomes for Monk by owning deployment lifecycle, advising CFOs and AR leaders, mapping AR workflows to AI agent playbooks, configuring and tuning live agents, driving KPIs, renewals, and expansion, and feeding product insights back to Engineering.

First Sales Engineer responsible for technical pre- and post-sales with enterprise finance customers. Design and ship agentic AI solutions, tailor proofs-of-concept to AR workflows and ERP integrations, and drive implementations to production. Act as technical SME to accelerate sales and product adoption.
