Perform patient registration, verify insurance, collect payments, scan documents, capture consent signatures, refer patients for Medicaid/financial aid, manage account billing, and maintain customer service and departmental guidelines.

Oversees daily nursing operations for the Operating Room and PACU, ensuring quality, compliant, culturally competent patient care. Develops policies, manages staff and budget, supports Clinical DON, and may act as Director in their absence. Partners with nursing leadership on practice standards and shared governance.

Oversees Operating Room nursing operations: supervises hiring, scheduling, performance appraisals, and staff development; manages inventory, budgeting, and performance improvement; ensures nursing standards, clinical expertise, and quality patient care across surgical specialties.
