Lead and manage emergency services nursing operations, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance. Oversee staffing, budgets, policies, capacity management, and interdisciplinary communication to meet clinical and business goals.

Assist pharmacists with packaging, manufacturing, and distribution of medications for inpatient and ambulatory services. Perform sterile product preparation, inventory procurement and control, and use computerized pharmacy systems. Provide customer service and follow detailed instructions under pharmacist supervision. Work scheduled days with alternating weekends and holidays.

Lead and manage ED nursing Resource Center systems, staff, and processes to ensure regulatory compliance, quality patient care, workforce planning, academic oversight, and clinical training. Provide leadership, performance management, and strategic process improvements across nursing services.
