Own features end to end, integrate with banks, payment processors, blockchains, and compliance vendors, and improve observability, security, incident response, and API quality. Staff engineers additionally set technical direction, make cross-team architecture decisions, and mentor engineers.

Lead Product Data & Analytics, building and scaling a team of data scientists, analytics engineers, and analysts. Own roadmap, standards, experimentation, metrics, and data products; embed analytics into product development; partner with cross-functional leaders; hire and mentor senior staff and report impact to execs.

Partner with Product and Engineering to define metrics, run root-cause analyses and experiments, build tracking, reporting, and automated alerts, model data in dbt/BigQuery, scale AI-assisted analytics for self-serve, and communicate insights to drive product and business decisions.
