Lead design and evolution of a company-wide data platform spanning streaming, batch, warehousing, orchestration, governance, and ML enablement. Deliver core platform capabilities, reliable real-time pipelines, shared tooling, and scalable infrastructure. Drive cross-team initiatives, champion golden paths, improve reliability/cost/observability, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor senior engineers while influencing technical strategy and standards.

Partner with the SVP of Corporate Development to translate strategic priorities into clear plans, lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, support strategic transactions and partnerships, drive alignment across senior stakeholders, and build operating cadences for prioritization and tracking. Produce strategic analysis and materials to enable senior leadership decision-making and ensure execution and measurable outcomes.

Build and maintain high-throughput blockchain transaction infrastructure: broadcasting pipelines, wallet and lifecycle management, cross-chain and DeFi integrations, failure recovery, observability, and financially correct, auditable systems. Take end-to-end ownership from design through incident response to improve reliability and scale.

Provide end-to-end legal support for MoonPay's DeFi and regulated crypto products, advising product and engineering teams from ideation through launch. Advise on regulatory characterization, licensing implications, non-custodial wallet/MPC architectures, AI agent integrations, and commercial agreements while building scalable playbooks and partnering with Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and external counsel.

Own relationships with a portfolio of institutional clients (fintechs, exchanges, wallets, payment providers). Drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion; coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues; monitor customer health and mitigate renewal risks; act as customer advocate to influence product and operational improvements.

Conduct transaction monitoring and blockchain investigations to detect potential money laundering, terrorist financing, or illicit activity. Use blockchain analytics and open-source research to assess alerts, prepare clear case dispositions, escalate suspicious matters, and draft Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs) within SLAs while collaborating with FIU and Compliance leadership.

Lead M&A people workstreams from due diligence through post-close integration across multiple jurisdictions. Manage TUPE/transfer processes, design integration plans (onboarding, benefits, payroll, policy harmonisation), advise on employment law and people risk, own communications, track integration metrics, and provide generalist HR support as needed.

As the Events & Marketing Manager, you will manage sponsorships, brand activations, and event execution while collaborating with various teams and vendors to enhance MoonPay's brand presence.

Lead branding and multidisciplinary design projects, creating brand identities, interactive digital experiences, design systems, wireframes, screens, and prototypes. Collaborate with design leads, motion and 3D teams, present work to clients, and ensure design integrity across platforms. Requires strong craft, accessibility focus, and experience with interactive 3D/web technologies.

Partner with Product and Engineering to define metrics, run root-cause analyses and experiments, build tracking, reporting, and automated alerts, model data in dbt/BigQuery, scale AI-assisted analytics for self-serve, and communicate insights to drive product and business decisions.

The Communications Manager will handle media relations, write press materials, manage press inquiries, and coordinate across teams to enhance MoonPay's brand visibility.

Own and architect the React Native mobile experience across iOS and Android. Build, maintain, and ship high-quality, tested features in a small cross-functional squad; collaborate with product, design, and external providers; estimate and execute projects; and scale mobile products as the company expands.
