Manages high-value personal injury cases by supporting attorneys, communicating with clients, insurers, and medical providers, obtaining records and liability documentation, negotiating settlements and medical-balance reductions, preparing demand packages, maintaining organized case files, and presenting case summaries. The role requires strong legal documentation knowledge, negotiation skills, organization, communication, and at least two years of legal or insurance-adjuster experience. This is an in-office position five days per week.

Represent plaintiffs in high-value business litigation involving contract breaches, professional negligence, construction defects, and other business misconduct. Handle civil cases independently from motion practice and depositions through trial and verdict. The role involves frequent courtroom work, autonomy, contingency-fee litigation, and opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

Owns marketing performance across personal injury litigation areas, including spend, cost per intake, signed-case conversion, testing, forecasting, and budget planning. Diagnoses funnel performance, develops creative and messaging briefs, partners with intake and cross-functional teams, and presents data-driven recommendations to leadership. The role is onsite in Brooklyn four days per week with Fridays remote.
