The Strategy & Operations Associate will support the Class Action practice by leveraging data to identify growth opportunities, align stakeholders, improve processes, and implement recommendations to enhance department performance.

Manage personal injury caseloads from intake to closing under attorney direction. Interact with clients, insurers, and medical providers; obtain records, prepare demands and documents, maintain organized case files, and coordinate with attorneys and coworkers to support settlements.

Lead and manage Attorneys and Case Managers across multiple markets handling high-volume pre-litigation premises liability matters. Ensure consistent execution of policies, KPIs, compliance, and quality standards. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, manage performance and escalations, and build scalable operational systems to drive timely resolution and business goals.
