The Senior Manager will provide strategic advice to senior executives in financial services, lead transformation programs, manage teams across multiple workstreams, and drive decision-making in complex projects.

Lead technical accounting and advisory engagements including IPO readiness, M&A support, carve-outs, audit readiness, and new accounting adoption. Provide research-based guidance, prepare technical documentation and presentations, manage client relationships, review team work, and mentor staff while identifying process improvements and business opportunities.

Advise clients on IPO preparation, M&A support, carve-outs, audit readiness, and new accounting pronouncements. Research technical accounting and control issues, present findings and recommendations, design business solutions, educate stakeholders, and serve as a trusted advisor to improve financial reporting and firm methodology.
