Own the Head of GTM’s calendar, priorities, travel, meeting preparation, and follow-ups across time zones. Support GTM leadership with scheduling, coordination, and execution while managing sensitive information discreetly. Lead special projects, improve workflows, anticipate executive needs, resolve issues independently, and reduce coordination overhead. Own and grow a flagship enterprise partner account for Morpho’s DeFi lending protocol. Build relationships from product managers through executives, establish recurring business reviews, influence partner product roadmaps, identify data-driven expansion opportunities, and drive increased revenue and active loans. The role requires consistent in-person engagement in New York, strong commercial and product judgment, crypto expertise, and autonomous execution in an ambiguous environment.

As a Staff Fullstack Engineer, you will architect and deliver DeFi products, design APIs, optimize data systems, lead technical reviews, and ensure reliability across the stack. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making significant technical contributions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The Staff Backend Engineer will build and maintain backend services and APIs for Morpho's consumer applications, focusing on performance, reliability, and collaboration with frontend teams.

Own Morpho’s U.S. regulatory policy pipeline for DeFi lending, including tracking SEC, CFTC, Treasury, and FinCEN developments; drafting comment letters; leading agency and congressional engagement; coordinating trade associations and coalitions; managing outside policy counsel; and briefing leadership and product teams on regulatory implications.
