Serve as the first point of contact for members, guests, prospective members, and partners. Responsibilities include check-ins, financial transactions, front-of-house service, membership onboarding, CRM maintenance, status updates, tours, events, prospect calls, and cross-department coordination. The role requires polished communication, discretion, flexibility, strong organization, and comfort working in a fully in-person, fast-paced club environment.
