Design, build, and operate scalable data pipelines and integrations for an RCT-driven voter platform. Extend data platform, optimize cost and reliability for election-scale loads, lead cross-system projects, ensure data quality, document systems, and participate in on-call incident response.

Lead and support live virtual trainings for volunteer neighborhood captains across the country. Responsibilities include delivering engaging presentations, adapting content for varied audiences, refining training materials, supporting office hours and peer learning, maintaining a flexible evening and weekend schedule, and gathering feedback to improve curriculum. The role is remote, temporary, part-time, and may include on-call work.

Manage performance, reliability, and accountability for high-volume messaging programs. Build dashboards and alerting, run ad hoc analyses, coordinate incident response and vendor testing, conduct post-incident reviews, and maintain documentation and compliance tracking to inform program decisions and improvements.
