Designs, develops, and maintains scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data platform capabilities for high-volume healthcare data. Responsibilities include complex SQL development, Airflow orchestration, dbt transformations, data quality frameworks, pipeline monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and documentation. The role collaborates with Data Operations, Product, Analytics, Data Science, and clinical teams to deliver reliable data for analytics, reporting, product features, and AI/ML initiatives.

Generate qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, account and contact research, personalized outreach, initial discovery, opportunity qualification, and meeting scheduling for Account Executives. Maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with Sales and Marketing on campaigns, meet activity and pipeline goals, and participate in coaching to improve sales skills and healthcare technology knowledge.

Supports the company’s DevOps strategy by designing scalable AWS infrastructure, managing CI/CD processes, integrating engineering workflows, and maintaining GitHub practices. Monitors and troubleshoots production systems, participates in on-call incident response, supports security and compliance, and mentors junior DevOps engineers. The role uses Nomad, Consul, Vault, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Linux, shell scripting, and Python.
