Manage digital creative projects from concept through delivery, coordinating clients, stakeholders, designers, freelancers, deadlines, budgets, workflows, and quality control. Develop creative briefs, write and revise copy, facilitate meetings, mentor junior staff, manage team capacity, and improve agency processes. The role supports advertising campaigns for nonprofit and advocacy organizations while ensuring work aligns with project and brand guidelines.

Leads internal communications strategy, employee messaging, executive ghostwriting, change-management communications, and brand-culture alignment. Advises senior leaders, manages internal channels and newsletters, supports equity and inclusion initiatives, and develops firm-wide events, town halls, retreats, surveys, and engagement programs. Partners across Marketing, Business Development, and People and Culture to strengthen employee experience, employer brand, organizational alignment, and adoption of business priorities.
