Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Real Assets infrastructure products, including market research, client discovery, product strategy, pricing, profitability, requirements, prioritization, development, launches, and go-to-market planning. Architect and implement enterprise-scale AI systems for financial and alternative data, including multimodal ML pipelines, NLP, LLMs, computer vision, deep learning, and conversational AI. Lead MLOps, model deployment, observability, RAG, semantic search, and continuous learning initiatives. Collaborate with product and research teams, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and advance AI-driven financial analytics solutions.

Originates and closes new business for MSCI’s Private Capital Solutions products while expanding existing client relationships. Responsibilities include developing territory sales plans, conducting needs assessments and solution pitches, negotiating contracts, demonstrating products, meeting sales targets, maintaining account records, and coordinating with client service, product, legal, billing, and sales operations teams. The role also gathers client feedback to inform product development.

Administers semi-monthly payrolls across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil; processes employee changes, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and equity transactions. Audits, analyzes, and reconciles payroll, prepares general ledger and reporting data, handles tax correspondence and compliance, processes W-2s and T-4s, resolves employee inquiries, and supports payroll projects. Requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, organization, communication, and preferably finance or accounting education.

Own First Street’s climate-risk data as a product, including data contracts, schemas, documentation, accessibility, refresh cycles, versioning, quality standards, and AI readiness. Integrate datasets into MSCI platforms, coordinate with science, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams, and engage enterprise customers. Translate scientific model outputs and customer needs into a prioritized roadmap while tracking adoption, retention, data quality, and integration speed.

Owns full-lifecycle recruitment across multiple functions, serving as a 360 recruiter and strategic advisor to senior hiring managers. Responsibilities include sourcing, market mapping, intake sessions, candidate experience, offer negotiation, ATS reporting, employer branding, inclusive hiring, and partnership with HR, compensation, and immigration teams. The role also mentors junior recruiters and supports improvements to recruiting processes, tooling, and AI-enabled workflows.

Lead commercial strategy, growth, commercialization, and market adoption for the Private Assets product portfolio across the Americas. Own regional revenue performance, go-to-market execution, client relationships, forecasting, and performance reporting. Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Research, Engineering, and Client Success to shape product priorities and improve outcomes. Recruit and develop a high-performing commercial product organization while advising senior executives, clients, and strategic partners.

Drive new business growth for MSCI’s hedge fund index solutions by managing a sales territory, developing target account strategies, conducting prospect discovery, positioning products, and building client relationships. Create data-driven presentations, interpret quantitative and market information, address technical client questions, maintain Salesforce pipeline records, and collaborate with marketing, product, research, legal, compliance, operations, and client service teams to support deal execution and account expansion.

Drive new business and revenue growth for MSCI Real Assets solutions by prospecting, building sales pipelines, managing complex sales cycles, negotiating contracts, and closing opportunities. Develop relationships with institutional investors, investment managers, asset owners, and other real assets participants. Partner with Product, Research, and Client Coverage teams, maintain Salesforce data and forecasts, attend industry events, and meet revenue and pipeline targets.

Lead the AI research agenda for Private Assets R&D, developing explainable models for pricing, comparables, nowcasting, and cash-flow forecasting. Design agentic AI workflows, automate research tasks, and translate research into scalable client-facing products. Collaborate with research, product, technology, and data engineering teams while representing the group in client engagements and published research.

Leads development and commercialization of real assets debt products, including market research, client engagement, product lifecycle management, pricing, business planning, go-to-market strategy, launches, and profitability. Partners with research, engineering, data operations, program management, sales, and external providers to deliver new data, indexes, platforms, and features. Requires deep commercial real estate debt expertise, fintech P&L leadership, cross-functional team management, client delivery, revenue growth, and strong strategic, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Supports U.S. federal and state income tax compliance, ASC 740 tax provision calculations, tax forecasting, audit documentation, and multi-state workpapers. The role coordinates with Big 4 providers and internal stakeholders, researches tax positions, and manages competing deadlines. It also drives process improvement through Longview, Corptax, SAP, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI tools. Responsibilities may include international tax modeling involving GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, and Form 5471. The position requires strong Excel, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Leads and mentors a small engineering team while remaining hands-on in architecting and shipping full-stack features. Builds frontend and backend functionality integrated with Go APIs, ensures performance and accessibility, debugs across the stack, conducts code reviews and 1:1s, and partners with product, design, platform, and data teams to deliver high-quality experiences based on climate data.

Drive adoption and commercial growth of MSCI indexes across wealth management firms, ETFs, direct-index SMAs, and model portfolio platforms in the Western United States. Build relationships with investment and product leaders, educate clients on index methodologies and applications, support ETF and UMA launches, identify subscription and analytics opportunities, answer technical client inquiries, and use data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve coverage and client insights.
