Conducts generative and evaluative UX research for customer- and employee-facing financial products. Uses surveys, interviews, ethnography, concept testing, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and mixed-method analysis to identify user needs and inform product strategy. Partners with product, design, engineering, marketing, analytics, and business teams; communicates actionable insights; guides research prioritization; mentors researchers; and supports inclusive, accessible experiences while following banking risk and regulatory standards.

Supports strategic sourcing and procurement of technology products and services, including RFPs, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, licensing optimization, vendor risk management, renewals, and spend analysis. Partners with Technology, Legal, Finance, Risk, and business stakeholders to secure favorable terms, control costs, maintain compliance, and manage supplier performance.

Leads enterprise risk management activities across the Bank, maintaining risk frameworks, policies, controls, metrics, reports, and governance processes. Evaluates risk processes, analyzes data, monitors remediation, supports regulatory and audit activities, and presents insights to senior leaders and risk committees. Partners with business units, Legal, Internal Audit, Technology, vendors, and risk teams to improve controls, reporting, automation, and enterprise risk practices. Limited travel may be required.
