Supports Enterprise Portfolio Management Office governance through quality reviews, compliance monitoring, reporting, tool administration, workflow management, stakeholder support, and process improvement. Maintains governance records, dashboards, procedures, tickets, and platform data while guiding project teams through required artifacts, approvals, and stage gates. Contributes to testing, automation, AI-enabled improvements, risk escalation, and governance maturity initiatives across a highly regulated enterprise.

Provide production and technical support for equity and fixed-income trading platforms, regulatory reporting systems, and market connectivity infrastructure. Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and connectivity issues; monitor systems; support front-office users; and implement sustainable improvements through scripting and automation. Participate in upgrades, testing, releases, change management, regulatory reporting support, and cross-functional initiatives with technology, operations, compliance, traders, and sales teams.
