Leads the healthcare organization’s workplace violence prevention and employee harm reduction program. Develops compliant policies, plans, tools, KPIs, and reporting processes; investigates incidents and analyzes injury trends and root causes. Collaborates with security, HR, risk management, nursing, clinical leaders, committees, and frontline staff to implement corrective actions, mitigate workplace hazards, and promote employee, patient, and visitor safety.

Analyzes healthcare revenue-cycle systems to identify and resolve billing issues. Collaborates with application analysts, maintains system tables and master files, develops testing scenarios, prepares reports and documentation, tracks projects, communicates findings, and trains staff. The role requires substantial healthcare billing experience, computer experience, and experience using information systems in hospital or clinic settings.

Maintains patient chart filing systems and manages the efficient flow of paper medical records through the clinic. Interacts with nursing staff, providers, clerks, departments, patients, physician offices, and pharmacies. Performs routine health information clerical duties under daily supervision, requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
