Drafts, reviews, and negotiates SaaS and other commercial agreements while serving as the primary legal partner to Sales and GTM teams. Advises on deal structure, pricing, privacy, security, renewals, and contract interpretation. Maintains templates and negotiation playbooks, manages partner and vendor agreements, and improves contracting processes through scalable workflows and AI-assisted tools.

Lead cross-functional corporate marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, pipeline, and executive engagement. Plan and execute integrated campaigns, support events, product launches, ABM and content programs, measure performance, and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and executives to align marketing with revenue objectives.

Lead the end-to-end self-serve growth funnel—acquisition through conversion—owning strategy, roadmap, experiments, and metrics. Improve activation, retention, sharing, and free-to-paid conversion while partnering across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales and applying AI-native approaches.
