Drive positioning, launches, business cases, market access, and cross-functional alignment. Translate scientific data into market-ready value propositions, gather customer insights, and represent the company at industry events. Support portfolio performance and adoption through continuous feedback and improvement.

Design, execute, and automate functional, integration, regression, and release tests for a desktop application and related microservices. Validate end-to-end workflows across UI, APIs, and messaging, investigate defects, support production releases, maintain quality documentation, and mentor peers while ensuring PHI-safe practices.

Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers across a US region to drive account growth, execute strategic account plans (with focus on MyRisk and Prolaris AI), align cross-functional resources, achieve sales and profitability targets, mentor the team, and report performance and action plans to senior leadership.
