The role drives solution quality, pipeline influence, account expansion, executive engagement, and better client outcomes while developing CSA leaders and maintaining alignment across technical and delivery teams.

Designs and leads customer-facing hybrid cloud, storage, and backup architectures for Azure-based managed services. Responsibilities include standardizing multi-tenant platforms, maintaining production systems, resolving complex escalations, leading incident response, improving reliability and cost efficiency, supporting presales and customer advisory engagements, and mentoring engineers. The role requires extensive Dell storage and backup expertise, Azure experience, architecture leadership, and participation in 24/7 managed service operations.

Leads enterprise Lean Six Sigma process improvement, systems governance, application and automation portfolio management, M&A technology due diligence, KPI and EBITDA performance tracking, and continuous improvement training. Lead and deliver multiple IT and data center projects across the project lifecycle. Manage scope, schedule, budget, P&L, stakeholders, risks, communications, and mentor junior staff. Oversee data center migrations and cloud strategies, ensure project quality and profitability, and follow company PMO methodologies.

Lead the Professional Services PMO to ensure consistent, profitable delivery of complex technology projects. Manage and develop PMO staff, establish governance, optimize resource and portfolio management, drive operational excellence, and partner with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and executives to improve forecasting, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
