Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex, multi-practice enterprise opportunities. Drive consultative discovery, validate designs/BOMs/SOWs, influence deal strategy with Account Executives, mentor CSAs and engineers, and develop reusable reference architectures. Represent the company in senior client briefings and identify cross-practice opportunities across networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering.

Builds and operates Myriad360's AWS managed service offering: incident and service-desk operations, monitoring/observability, automation, runbooks, FinOps reporting, disaster recovery, and AWS MSP Program certification and audit readiness. Hands-on role with a path to lead the managed services team.

Lead and deliver multiple IT and data center projects across the project lifecycle. Manage scope, schedule, budget, P&L, stakeholders, risks, communications, and mentor junior staff. Oversee data center migrations and cloud strategies, ensure project quality and profitability, and follow company PMO methodologies.
