Design and implement enterprise data and lakehouse architectures for client data, cloud, and AI transformation initiatives. The role requires hands-on expertise with Databricks, Azure, GCP, Spark/PySpark, SQL, Unity Catalog, governance, Terraform, and CI/CD. Responsibilities include client-facing solution architecture, clear communication, and delivery of scalable analytics solutions. Databricks Champion status is mandatory, while DPP experience is preferred. Immediate or 30-day-or-less availability is preferred.

Own revenue targets for branded micro-drama, branded series, and IP partnerships. Build relationships with brands and agencies, generate pipeline, pitch narrative-led content solutions, manage the full sales cycle through production handover, maintain CRM and forecasts, and drive renewals and account expansion. The role requires rapid pipeline generation and early revenue closure across FMCG, D2C, beauty, healthcare, parenting, wellness, and lifestyle categories.

Leads the architecture, design, and implementation of Azure-based analytics and data engineering solutions. Develops and optimizes data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, query layers, Delta Lake solutions, and integrations across Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, and Power BI. Partners with stakeholders, oversees end-to-end delivery, ensures security and governance, documents data flows, and mentors data engineers while promoting scalable, high-quality solutions.
