Teams at n8n

As a Senior Support Engineer, you'll troubleshoot technical issues, support users, collaborate with engineering, and improve documentation for workflow automation at n8n.

Embed on-site with enterprise customers to deliver time-boxed 5-day deployments, design and build production-grade workflows, integrations, and custom nodes, collaborate with Deployment Strategists and Product, create reusable playbooks, document product feedback, and travel across Europe (~30-40%).

Own technical success for top-tier customers by acting as their technical point of contact, ensuring platform health, scalability, and performance. Lead handoffs, manage escalations and incidents, provide architecture and optimization recommendations, triage product issues, and translate customer insights into product improvements while coordinating cross-functional teams.
