Produces and coordinates email, SMS, and peer-to-peer campaigns using established strategies. Responsibilities include campaign setup, audience segmentation, tracking links, QA, scheduling, launches, copy edits, troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and deadline management across national and chapter programs.

Manages board relations for two boards, including governance communications, meetings, retreats, agendas, and minutes. Supports the Executive Director with briefing materials, scheduling, follow-up, communications, public engagements, and media coordination. Oversees Executive Office requests, budgets, digital security protocols, strategic special projects, and organizational planning. Provides operational coverage and collaborates across teams while traveling domestically approximately 25% of the year.

Provides administrative, programmatic, and logistical support to the President and Executive Director. Manages calendars, correspondence, meetings, contracts, expenses, travel, contact databases, inquiries, security protocols, meeting notes, and follow-up activities. Coordinates with leadership, staff, external partners, and the executive office to optimize scheduling and support organizational priorities. This is a temporary, full-time remote role requiring domestic travel.

Support grant budgeting, compliance, and FP&A activities across NDWA and Care in Action. Maintain budgeting/reporting tools, prepare forecasts and variance analysis, manage allocations and inter-entity transfers, and produce grant-related journal entries and reports while coordinating with program and development teams.

Lead financial planning, grants management, budgeting, and reporting for NDWA's 501(c)(3). Deliver forecasts, variance analyses, multi-year models, ensure GAAP compliance, support audits, supervise finance staff, and coordinate finances with related 501(c)(4)/PAC entities.

Lead NDWA's research agenda, design and conduct mixed-methods policy evaluations, oversee surveys and large-dataset analysis, produce public-facing reports, build research partnerships, supervise a research team, manage budgets, and ensure ethical, worker-centered research practices to inform advocacy and policy.

The DC Organizer builds NDWA’s base of domestic workers through field and online outreach, educates workers about labor rights, develops member leadership, and supports workplace-rights enforcement. The role represents NDWA in coalitions and legislative campaigns, creates multilingual worker materials, facilitates meetings and trainings, tracks sensitive case details, and supports chapter infrastructure. It requires frequent community engagement, Spanish and English fluency, driving to outreach locations, and occasional evening or weekend work.

Organizes domestic workers across Middle Georgia by recruiting members, conducting community and workplace outreach, following up with contacts, coordinating phone banking and membership activities, developing worker leadership, tracking engagement, and mobilizing members for local and national campaigns. The role requires community relationship-building, event coordination, digital communications, database tracking, occasional evening and weekend work, and regional travel.
