Manage and improve data systems to support organizing and voter contact strategy. Lead EveryAction and voter file management, create SQL queries and commit them to GitHub, manage project workflows (AirTable/Asana) and JIRA tickets, support reporting and shared-drive documentation, train and assist field and digital teams, and coordinate coalition and vendor data activities to enable data-driven campaign and organizing work.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief External Affairs Officer and Chief Strategy & Impact Officer, managing calendars, travel, expenses, communications, meeting preparation, records, and event logistics. Protect executives' time, handle confidential matters, track priorities and action items, and support organization-wide activities and stakeholder liaison duties.

Lead financial planning, grants management, budgeting, and reporting for NDWA's 501(c)(3). Deliver forecasts, variance analyses, multi-year models, ensure GAAP compliance, support audits, supervise finance staff, and coordinate finances with related 501(c)(4)/PAC entities.
