Advises students on Veteran Education Benefits, certifies enrollments with the VA, evaluates eligibility, processes documentation and payments, reconciles records, interprets regulations, updates PeopleSoft, and resolves student issues. The role coordinates with university departments and VA offices, maintains confidential records, supports compliance and policy improvements, and communicates with students through phone, email, text, and chat. Some travel to VA training conferences may be required.

The role provides remote customer support through phone, email, chat, and text, resolves complaints, interprets regulatory changes, safeguards documentation, and maintains compliance with VA and university policies.

Manages paid media, PPL partnerships, emerging channel testing, audience strategy, campaign optimization, and performance reporting to support enrollment goals. Oversees partner relationships, campaign execution, lead quality, conversion, budget monitoring, and media investment recommendations. Collaborates cross-functionally with creative, web, analytics, finance, and marketing teams while identifying scalable opportunities across digital channels.
