Design, build, and operate backend APIs and services powering products, partner integrations, and AI agents. Own services end-to-end, set API standards, improve developer experience, ensure observability and reliability, mentor engineers, and partner with security to maintain compliance.

Serve as the primary customer advocate to build strategic relationships, drive product adoption and retention using data insights, lead QBRs, identify expansion opportunities, execute employer communication strategies, collect product feedback, and collaborate with product and sales to deliver ongoing customer value.
