Leads implementation and long-term success for enterprise electric utility customers. Manages a team of Customer Value Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers, oversees multi-year software deployments, establishes ROI and governance frameworks, guides technical integration and platform configuration, advises utility executives, manages escalations, and partners with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption, mitigate risks, and identify expansion opportunities.

Lead Neara’s applied research function for infrastructure risk and resilience. Define research strategy, direct researchers, and establish standards for probabilistic risk modeling, uncertainty quantification, validation, and decision-making. Develop models for equipment damage, vegetation failure, outages, and wildfire risk, while quantifying the operational and economic value of resilience investments, inspections, additional data, and monitoring technologies for electricity utilities.

Lead and build Neara’s US Customer Success Operations function, establishing scalable project management, governance, reporting, onboarding, training, resource allocation, and customer engagement standards. Oversee software delivery and implementation excellence, create executive dashboards, manage project risks and value realization, coach teams, and surface sustainability and burnout signals. Partner with Product, Engineering, leadership, and customers to improve operational rigor across complex enterprise software deployments.
