Forward Deployed Strategist partners with clients to understand business processes, identify AI and automation opportunities, redesign workflows, quantify business value, and guide solutions through implementation. The role involves stakeholder workshops, executive presentations, business-case development, proof-of-concept creation, and collaboration with engineers. Between engagements, the strategist supports proposals, develops consulting methods, and strengthens team practices. At least 10 years of consulting, business analysis, operations improvement, or similar experience is required.

Design and build applications using Python, manage component design, optimize performance, and collaborate with clients on innovative products.

Leads software engineering teams, provides technical and line-management leadership, translates client requirements into technical solutions, and drives project delivery. Responsibilities include architecture, technical decision-making, blocker resolution, software and DevOps best practices, client communication, team mentoring, and ensuring scalable, secure, maintainable applications. Requires Python and React experience, AI application development, cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, Git, and cloud platforms.
