The role requires ownership of accurate, high-stakes recurring workflows during rapid US expansion, with a focus on payroll systems, employee records, process documentation, and operational scalability.

Lead the design, scaling, and reliability of Neko Health's core infrastructure. Build a secure Azure platform, improve deployment cycles, and manage a high-performance team.
