Build market intelligence for clinic expansion, including market sizing, trade-area analysis, GIS-based site selection, demand forecasting, and portfolio performance tracking. Develop scoring models, scenario analyses, benchmarks, and approval memos while partnering with real estate, analytics, engineering, design, construction, and legal teams. Establish repeatable processes, improve site selection using performance learnings, and deploy AI tools to increase analytical efficiency.

Owns financial planning, management reporting, cost control, variance analysis, budgeting, and P&L management for Neko’s US clinic network. The role partners with clinic and operational leaders, evaluates new clinic openings, tracks regional support costs, coordinates audit reporting, and improves clinic-level financial processes. It requires strong business partnering, Excel skills, financial analysis experience, and comfort operating autonomously across a distributed multi-site network.

Owns candidate experience and interview coordination for a hiring area, managing complex scheduling, escalations, interview processes, and stakeholder communication. Configures jobs, interview plans, and forms in Ashby; develops guidelines and automations; monitors candidate experience metrics and feedback; and drives process improvements. Requires strong recruiting operations experience, sound judgment with AI tools, knowledge of structured hiring and compliance, and the ability to work in the office three days weekly.
