Manages hospitality architecture projects from planning through completion, balancing scope, fees, schedules, resources, contracts, quality, and profitability. Serves as the primary client contact, coordinates architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and contractors, oversees project documentation and billing, manages risks and changes, supports business development, and mentors project teams. The role requires architectural project management experience, strong contract and financial management skills, and familiarity with design and project-planning software.

Leads and advances NELSON’s enterprise-wide PMO and project management framework across AEC practices. Establishes standards, methodologies, and best practices; oversees project delivery, budgets, schedules, scope, risks, and reporting. Partners with senior leadership and project teams to align delivery with business objectives, improve processes, and drive accountability. Leads, mentors, and develops project management teams while fostering operational excellence and continuous improvement nationally.

Leads the firm's BIM infrastructure, standards, software environments, and design technology roadmap. Oversees Revit and related applications, promotes data-driven design and AI adoption, manages research and emerging technology implementation, and develops training programs. Supervises and mentors the Design Technology team, supports digital transformation, and drives technology-enabled improvements across interior and base building projects.
