Lead proposal development and pursuit processes for aligned practices: analyze RFXs, manage schedules and teams, create tailored RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, design visually compelling materials using InDesign/Adobe Creative Suite, proofread and ensure brand/compliance, support other coordinators, and drive continuous improvement and proposal metrics.

Manage high-volume, complex invoicing and AR for projects, ensure accurate project setup in Deltek Vantagepoint, verify subcontractor/vendor invoices, support contract review, train and mentor project staff, produce forecasting and ad hoc financial reports, and resolve collections and billing issues with project managers and finance leaders.

Design, build, and maintain production ETL/ELT pipelines, analytics-ready data models, and cloud data infrastructure. Improve pipeline performance, data quality, governance, and migrate legacy systems to modern platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable data products for project, financial, and operational analytics.
