Own staffing, capacity planning, and scheduling across a creative studio. Maintain visibility into team availability, workloads, project schedules, utilization, and future capacity. Match creative talent to projects, coordinate staffing changes, identify conflicts and bottlenecks, support shoot scheduling, and build systems and dashboards for resource planning. Partner with producers, creative leads, and leadership to make informed staffing decisions as priorities and project scopes change.

Owns staffing, capacity planning, and resource operations across a creative studio. Responsibilities include tracking team availability and utilization, identifying scheduling conflicts and capacity gaps, staffing projects, coordinating shoots, building planning systems and dashboards, improving creative workflows, and developing solutions to operational bottlenecks. The role partners with producers, creative leads, and leadership to anticipate resource needs and improve studio-wide planning and coordination.

Source, screen, and build relationships with creative talent across video production, motion design, cinematography, editing, branding, and digital design. Review portfolios and reels, conduct outreach and introductory interviews, coordinate hiring processes, improve recruiting systems, refine job postings, and support freelance, contract, and full-time hiring in partnership with leadership.
