The Strategic Account Executive will develop partnerships with Microsoft and clients to drive AVD sales, manage sales pipelines, and provide market intelligence.

Provide client-facing technical support for enterprise customers using Nerdio, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Intune, and Microsoft cloud technologies. Support platform onboarding and Azure deployments, troubleshoot complex cloud and hybrid infrastructure issues, diagnose root causes, document resolutions, guide IT administrators, and collaborate with engineering and product teams on escalated issues.

Deploy and support Azure Virtual Desktop environments, help partners implement Nerdio solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate on tools, processes, documentation, metrics, and product enhancements. The role requires strong Microsoft cloud, virtualization, networking, storage, troubleshooting, communication, and project-planning skills while supporting Western time zones.
