Develop and implement Sage X3 functionality during ERP implementations. Create design recommendations, document solutions, estimate development effort, assist architects with design and reviews, and deliver scalable, highly available ERP components while following team standards and meeting budget targets.

Lead Sage X3 ERP implementations: gather and document functional requirements, design solutions, perform gap analysis, support testing and acceptance, manage projects, assist sales/pre-sales, and maintain client relationships. Focus on distribution/manufacturing processes, integrations (EDI), and ensuring delivery on time and budget.

Design, demonstrate, and implement Sage X3 ERP solutions for prospects and customers. Perform discovery, create demos and solution designs, lead initial architecture and problem-solving, coordinate cross-functional teams, enforce implementation best practices, produce process and data models, and support sales and consulting managers to meet technical and financial targets.
