Perform end-to-end, integration, system, user acceptance, and automated testing for software applications. Create test strategies, plans, documentation, and automated test cases; execute tests; assess results; and track defects through resolution. Translate business requirements into technical requirements, identify risks, troubleshoot application issues, and collaborate with engineering and development teams. Support product implementations, training, technical escalations, and quality assurance oversight across project workstreams.

Analyze court workflows and judicial processes, document current and future-state requirements, and translate operational needs into software solutions. Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, customer engagements, testing, configuration, demonstrations, training, and implementation activities. Create user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA, support Product and Engineering teams, provide subject-matter guidance, and manage multiple concurrent projects while communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Own and mature Neumo’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance program, including SOC 1, SOC 2, and PCI DSS audits, risk registers, data governance, control automation, vendor assessments, and exception processes. Manage 1–2 direct reports, coordinate remediation, leverage AI/LLM tools, participate in incident management, and communicate compliance posture and risk trends to executives and the board.
