Owns enterprise go-to-market strategy, ABM, demand generation, category creation, marketing budget, organizational design, executive alignment, and market engagement across the US and Europe.

Manage U.S. HR operations across onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, 401(k) administration, policies, and compliance. Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles through proactive sourcing and close hiring-manager partnership. Maintain accurate HR and recruiting records, monitor pipelines, and report hiring metrics in a fast-moving international technology scaleup.
