Own new-logo sales for growing RIAs and independent wealth management firms. Responsibilities include sourcing and managing pipeline, conducting discovery, quantifying ROI, navigating stakeholder buying processes, closing $50K–$250K ARR deals, partnering on onboarding and expansion, maintaining CRM hygiene, and consistently exceeding quota. The role also involves helping build Nevis’s mid-market go-to-market engine.

Own enterprise deployments end to end, serving as the primary technical customer contact from scoping through go-live and expansion. Design integrations and data flows, configure AI agents and workflows, build prototypes, diagnose production issues, and translate customer workflows into platform capabilities. Collaborate with customer engineering, operations, leadership, and vendors while feeding field insights into product development.

As a Product Designer, you'll drive design from inception to launch, simplify complex workflows, engage with clients, and iterate based on feedback.
