The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead IT infrastructure projects, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders while applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Manage enterprise IT projects from intake to closure using Agile/Scrum practices. Define scope, schedules, budgets, and resources; facilitate Scrum ceremonies; track milestones, risks, and metrics; communicate status to stakeholders and executives; maintain project documentation and PMO governance; coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Provide Tier 2 IT support to clients including remote and occasional onsite troubleshooting of servers, desktops, VMs, backups, and SaaS. Manage and prioritize tickets, communicate updates to customers, participate in hardware/firmware upgrades and process improvements, maintain documentation, and rotate on-call duties to ensure high customer satisfaction.
