Manage and coordinate IT infrastructure and communications initiatives for university capital projects, renovations, and new construction. Partner with architects, engineers, construction managers, vendors, and contractors to incorporate network, telecommunications, wireless, cabling, and IP camera requirements. Oversee technical specifications, bids, project documentation, databases, invoices, risks, schedules, standards, and operational transition. Review designs and vendor proposals, resolve technical issues, maintain infrastructure records, and support project closeout and implementation.

Lead GTI-RES technology projects from planning through delivery, defining scope, schedules, budgets, and technical requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, mitigate risks, and ensure projects meet financial and quality objectives. Maintain PMO processes, accurate financials and billing, provide stakeholder communication, and use ServiceNow Demand Management and Agile practices to prioritize and track demand.

Drives recurring revenue growth for managed services by serving as a senior sales overlay and trusted executive advisor. Leads discovery, qualification, value-based selling, ROI/TCO analysis, business-case development, solution positioning, and account expansion across cloud, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, collaboration, and support services. Partners with sales, architecture, delivery, finance, operations, and technology vendors; enables field teams; develops repeatable sales frameworks; and aligns managed services operating models with customer business outcomes.
