Manage and coordinate IT infrastructure and communications components of construction, renovation, and capital projects. Collaborate with NYU IT, architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors throughout planning, design, procurement, installation, and operational transition. Review designs, bids, statements of work, invoices, and documentation; maintain infrastructure databases; monitor risks, schedules, and deliverables; uphold communications standards; and support project closeout and transition into operations.

Coordinate network infrastructure projects and changes from requirements through production implementation. Manage stakeholder communication, technical design reviews, approvals, circuit provisioning, firewall changes, service activation, migrations, testing, change-management submissions, risk tracking, reporting, documentation, and transition to production support. The role requires strong project governance, organizational, communication, and documentation skills, plus general knowledge of networking and network infrastructure.

Lead GTI-RES technology projects from planning through delivery, defining scope, schedules, budgets, and technical requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, mitigate risks, and ensure projects meet financial and quality objectives. Maintain PMO processes, accurate financials and billing, provide stakeholder communication, and use ServiceNow Demand Management and Agile practices to prioritize and track demand.
