The Case Manager will assess client needs, build relationships, provide support, and facilitate access to resources for program participants in the Queens Supervised Release Program.

Supervise and coordinate court-based pretrial operations across borough courts, implement pilots and trainings, oversee release assessments, bail expediting, and court-notification efforts; manage staff scheduling, quality control, stakeholder liaison, data oversight, and partnership activities to ensure timely services and program fidelity.

Conduct compassionate interviews with recently arrested individuals in Central Booking to assess community ties, verify information, record data, and determine CJA release recommendations. Assist with bail payment processes, observe arraignments, engage with courts and partner agencies, and participate in interdepartmental programs to expedite releases.

Provide intensive community-based case management for justice-involved clients (16+), conduct assessments, monitor high-risk caseloads, coordinate referrals, attend court, complete documentation, and collaborate with defense attorneys and service providers.

Provide non-clinical, trauma-informed peer support to 15–20 high-needs, court-involved participants in Queens Supervised Release. Build recovery-based relationships, mentor and advocate, link clients to housing, treatment, employment and legal services, accompany to court and community appointments, co-facilitate peer groups, document progress in electronic systems, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team to reduce recidivism.

Provide trauma-informed clinical case management to high-risk justice-involved youth and adults. Conduct assessments, develop individualized service plans, coordinate care with legal and community partners, document progress, and present reports to court while supporting client stability, recovery, and court compliance.

Provide non-clinical, trauma-informed peer support to 15-20 high-needs, court-involved participants in Queens Supervised Release: mentoring, advocacy, court accompaniment, group facilitation, care navigation, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to reduce recidivism and support reentry.

Provide mentorship and coordination for a team of Certified Peer Specialists, manage referrals and a small caseload of complex participants, facilitate wellness and recovery groups, perform chart reviews and data tracking, support onboarding and training, ensure policy adherence, and liaise with external organizations to connect participants to community resources.

Provide clinical case management for high-risk participants in Queens Supervised Release Program: conduct intakes and evidence-based assessments, monitor caseloads, supervise compliance, make referrals to social and treatment services, maintain case records and reports, communicate with defense counsel and agencies, appear in court, and participate in staff training and development.

Supervise and mentor a team of social workers and case managers in the Queens Supervised Release Program, provide clinical and administrative oversight, conduct psycho-social assessments, manage a small high-needs caseload, ensure documentation and compliance, coordinate referrals and court advocacy, and support staff training and quality assurance.

The Clinical Case Manager monitors high-risk participants in the Supervised Release Program, conducts assessments, provides referrals, and maintains communication with legal representatives and agencies.

Lead engineering for enterprise application platforms, provide technical and strategic leadership, own architecture and delivery, build and coach teams, enforce engineering standards, drive cloud-native modernization, manage vendors, and ensure production reliability and security for 24/7 mission-critical systems.
