The Case Manager will assess client needs, build relationships, provide support, and facilitate access to resources for program participants in the Queens Supervised Release Program.

Supervise and coordinate court-based pretrial operations across borough courts, implement pilots and trainings, oversee release assessments, bail expediting, and court-notification efforts; manage staff scheduling, quality control, stakeholder liaison, data oversight, and partnership activities to ensure timely services and program fidelity.

Conduct compassionate interviews with recently arrested individuals in Central Booking to assess community ties, verify information, record data, and determine CJA release recommendations. Assist with bail payment processes, observe arraignments, engage with courts and partner agencies, and participate in interdepartmental programs to expedite releases.
