Leads a portfolio of 6–10 capital design and construction projects valued at over $100 million. Responsibilities include procuring and coordinating architecture, engineering, construction, and consultant teams; overseeing planning, design, regulatory approvals, bidding, construction, closeout, budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables; and aligning internal and external stakeholders throughout project delivery.

Designs, develops, enhances, tests, deploys, and supports full-stack enterprise applications, data platforms, integrations, dashboards, and reporting solutions. Partners with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, improve processes, manage application lifecycles, and ensure system reliability, security, scalability, data quality, and governance. Responsibilities also include project coordination, documentation, performance monitoring, quality assurance, and post-implementation support.

The AVP leads M/W/DBE compliance and participation across assigned portfolios, managing procurement requirements, goal setting, monitoring, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation. The role develops quantitative analyses, dashboards, policies, and executive briefings; identifies participation barriers; leads outreach, capacity-building, negotiations, and process improvements; and supports strategic research and regulatory reporting. The AVP also represents the organization with external stakeholders and may oversee interns and temporary staff.

Supports project documentation, procurement, contract administration, invoice review, payment processing, compliance monitoring, funding reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution. Coordinates with project managers, vendors, contractors, and internal departments to advance approvals and maintain accurate project and financial records. Manage business development projects to attract, expand, and retain companies in NYC. Advise on site selection, incentives, workforce connections, and real estate; organize site tours and partner meetings; develop proposals and presentations; maintain CRM pipeline and KPIs; conduct market research; cultivate stakeholder and international partnerships; represent NYCEDC at events and trade missions.

Lead multi-stakeholder strategy projects using quantitative and qualitative research. Develop scopes, workplans, and Excel-based analyses; interview stakeholders; craft clear recommendations and influence senior City and EDC leaders. Collaborate across agencies and contribute to team culture and capacity building.

Manages economic development financing and tax incentive transactions from origination through closing. Conducts financial analysis, eligibility reviews, due diligence, site visits, and stakeholder coordination. Advises businesses and nonprofits on NYC financing programs, presents recommendations to leadership and governing boards, supports new financial assistance programs, and guides junior staff on transactions and program requirements.

The Senior Counsel provides legal support and representation in transactions, advises on compliance, manages contracts, and conducts legal research.

The Senior Vice President leads government and community relations initiatives, sets departmental goals, manages staff, and enhances the organization's public profile and relationships with stakeholders.
