Manage and track cross-functional clean energy and climate-tech projects from planning through closeout. Support budgeting, procurement, financial modeling, research, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and events to advance Green Economy initiatives focused on electrification, sustainable bioeconomy, and construction innovation.

The Assistant Vice President will manage real estate assets at Hunts Point, focusing on redevelopment, negotiations, budget planning, and stakeholder engagement to achieve economic and social returns.

Support VP in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risk across operations and assets. Coordinate insurance renewals, claims administration, policy reviews, risk documentation, site visits, and captive insurer activities. Work with internal stakeholders and external brokers to maintain insurance schedules, process payments, and ensure accurate insurance documentation.
