Leads a portfolio of 6–10 capital design and construction projects valued at over $100 million. Responsibilities include procuring and coordinating architecture, engineering, construction, and consultant teams; overseeing planning, design, regulatory approvals, bidding, construction, closeout, budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables; and aligning internal and external stakeholders throughout project delivery.

Leads NYCEDC’s community partnership strategy across major projects, overseeing engagement, participatory planning, transparency, community benefits, stakeholder relationships, and accountability measures. Advises senior leaders and project teams, translates community feedback into recommendations, strengthens public trust, and manages community-facing staff. Requires extensive collaboration with elected officials, agencies, civic organizations, labor, businesses, and residents, including attendance at community meetings and occasional evening or weekend events.

Oversee NYCEDC small and micro purchase procurements and an assigned registration portfolio. Advise project managers throughout solicitation, evaluation, execution, registration, and closeout; interpret procurement policies; review documentation; coordinate with Budget, MIS, and cross-departmental stakeholders; provide status updates; support registration correspondence; and educate teams on M/W/DBE procurement methods.
