Support implementation of capital and operating plans by developing analytical methodologies and automated models, conducting system audits, assisting in division-wide management planning, analyzing resource allocation, liaising with vendors/consultants, preparing analytical reports, identifying problems and implementing corrective procedures.

Manages administrative and finance functions for the Office of the Inspector General, including policy formation, budget creation and monitoring, procurement, facilities and motor pool oversight, security systems acquisition and maintenance, and supervision of support staff. Serves as liaison with Authority administrative and finance divisions and handles confidential personnel and fiscal matters.

Oversees completion of capital school construction and rehabilitation projects for assigned districts. Manages project teams and consultants, monitors schedules and budgets, approves invoices, negotiates change orders, ensures contract compliance, coordinates with DOE and stakeholders, and implements operational improvements and staff development.
