A three-day, in-person discovery program introducing students to real estate investment disciplines, including acquisitions, asset management, loan origination and management, accounting, and real estate law. Participants receive coaching and mentorship, interact with investment leaders, develop business acumen through training, explore real estate investment processes, and complete a hands-on case study. The program takes place January 12–14, 2027, at New York Life’s New York City office.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise software for investment technology. The role involves building applications, conducting prototypes and proofs of concept, advising on technical direction, creating reusable components, integrating vendor APIs, and collaborating with global cross-functional teams. Engineers will use modern cloud, containerization, AI, application development, database, reporting, and DevOps technologies while continuously evaluating architecture trends and improving engineering practices.

Leads production application support for the Field Experience portfolio, ensuring stability, service continuity, and high-quality user experiences. Oversees ITSM processes, vendors, support teams, SLAs, operational reviews, dashboards, incident response, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Uses observability tools to proactively monitor application and platform health, drives automation, and incorporates AI-assisted operations into support workflows. Coordinates cross-functional teams and communicates technical issues and business impact to technology and business leaders.
