Support full-cycle recruitment, represent NYPCC at in-person and virtual events, draft job postings, manage ATS, coordinate interviews, verify pre-employment documents and credentialing, assist onboarding and orientations, run recruitment marketing and employer branding, track hiring metrics, and partner with hiring managers and community/college partners to attract and onboard qualified candidates.

Provide individual and family therapy to a diverse child, adolescent, and adult population; develop and review treatment plans; document progress notes; assess clients; manage cases and crises; attend supervision and staff meetings; maintain clinical records; perform duties as assigned by supervisor.

Supports the Training Department by moderating sessions, coordinating onboarding and trainings, creating materials and presentations, maintaining records in ADP/SharePoint/LMS, assisting audits and compliance tracking, providing basic technical support for virtual learning, and generating reports and training insights.

Manage front-desk operations, supervise reception, maintenance, and security staff; ensure facility operations, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, NYS DOH/OMH), vendor/building coordination, onboarding, budgeting, incident management, reporting, and quality improvement to optimize client experience and operational workflows.

Supervise clinical and paraprofessional staff, provide individual and group supervision, ensure regulatory compliance and quality of care, review records and reports, assist with staff training, handle performance evaluations and corrective actions, collaborate with medical staff on treatment plans, provide crisis intervention, maintain policies, and support the Program Director.

Greet and check in clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, maintain patient charts and EHR records, coordinate transportation pickups/drop-offs, support clinical team, handle general office tasks (scan, fax, copy), and maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Greet clients, manage check-in/check-out and scheduling in the EMR, answer phones, assist prescribers, process referrals/prior authorizations, handle medical records requests, and perform general clerical duties to support clinical teams while safeguarding PHI.
