Provide individual and family therapy to a diverse child, adolescent, and adult population; develop and review treatment plans; document progress notes; assess clients; manage cases and crises; attend supervision and staff meetings; maintain clinical records; perform duties as assigned by supervisor.

Greet clients, manage check-in/out and phone calls, schedule appointments, process referrals and prior authorizations, support prescribers and interdisciplinary teams, maintain EMR records and HIPAA compliance, perform general clerical duties and clinic opening/closing tasks.

Manage a high-volume mental health intake process: schedule appointments, conduct intake triage (virtual and phone), perform ~40–45 daily client interactions, match clients with therapists, handle caseload reassignments, enforce no-show policies, and support continuity of care.

Supports the Training Department by moderating sessions, coordinating onboarding and trainings, creating materials and presentations, maintaining records in ADP/SharePoint/LMS, assisting audits and compliance tracking, providing basic technical support for virtual learning, and generating reports and training insights.

Provide front-desk support for a busy community mental health clinic: answer phones, schedule appointments, greet and check clients in/out using an EHR, maintain patient charts, coordinate transportation, support clinical team, and uphold HIPAA confidentiality.

Support full-cycle recruitment, represent NYPCC at in-person and virtual events, draft job postings, manage ATS, coordinate interviews, verify pre-employment documents and credentialing, assist onboarding and orientations, run recruitment marketing and employer branding, track hiring metrics, and partner with hiring managers and community/college partners to attract and onboard qualified candidates.
