Teams at New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center (NYPCC)

Manages front desk, maintenance, security, facilities, vendors, office technology, compliance, budgets, reporting, and operational workflows for a behavioral health program. Supervises reception and support staff, coordinates onboarding, monitors performance metrics, handles incidents and escalations, supports quality improvement, and promotes positive client experiences. Requires strong leadership, communication, Spanish proficiency, Microsoft Office skills, and at least five years of office management experience.

The Assistant Program Director supervises clinical and paraprofessional staff, oversees program activities, provides individual and group supervision, reviews clinical records and reports for regulatory and policy compliance, and supports staff performance management. The role collaborates with doctors, nurse practitioners, therapists, and clinical leadership; assists with training, policy updates, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and client needs. The position also requires occasional on-call availability.

Provides bilingual Spanish therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in community mental health clinics. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, assessing clients, documenting sessions, maintaining clinical records, providing case management and crisis intervention, and participating in supervision and staff meetings.
